Hazel Crouch – Our Broker
Involved in all aspects of real estate since having her first home built in the area in 1994, Hazel took over the running of the long established Place in the Sun Vacation Rentals in 2003 and now manages a very successful vacation rentals and property management business. She realized that in order to provide a comprehensive service to all her clients, both owners and renters, she needed to have more real estate knowledge and so worked to obtain her Salesperson then Broker license. This enabled her to establish Place in the Sun LLC a full-service Real Estate office with the aim of providing everyone with direct, uncomplicated advice and assistance. |

Having arrived in the Englewood area in 1991, Lisa has witnessed the extensive growth and changes this area has experienced. Shirley Julien – Sales Associate
After moving to Florida from her native California in 1995, Shirley went back to college to earn a degree in Graphic Arts and Marketing. Shirley and Lisa joined forces in 2002, in order to expand their printing and graphics business. Shirley has now gained her real estate license and joined our staff here at Place in the Sun as Lisa's assistant. Together, they complete our commercial marketing and real estate customer service package.

Libby – Our Mascot & Security Officer
The most loveable Labrador/Bassett mutt who believes that cuddling, sleeping, swimming in the pool and playing with tennis balls is what life is all about. She is the greatest stress buster around and will gladly give her opinion on any topic you wish to discuss with her so long as you promise to provide a treat at the end of the conversation. She will always take the front seat of the car and knows her responsibilities include patrolling our homes with whomever is on-call. |
