Involved in all aspects of real estate since having her first home built in the area of 1994, Hazel took over the running of the long established Place In The Sun Vacation Rentals in 2003 and now manages a very successful vacation rentals and home management business. She realized that in order to provide a comprehensive service to all her clients, both owners and renters, she needed to have more real estate knowledge and so worked to obtain both her Sales Associate and Broker’s license. This enabled her to establish Place In The Sun LLC, a full-service real estate office with the aim of providing everyone with direct, uncomplicated assistance. |

An Englewood resident since 1991, Lisa has witnessed the extensive growth and changes that have taken place in the area. With a background in mortgage banking, she brings to the team well rounded experience to assist buyers and sellers in all the facets of a real estate transaction. In addition to keeping up with all the current market trends, she also acts as office administrator of the real estate office, assisting with training and the coordination of listings and closing. |

Having been a home owner in the area for over 7 years, Trevor joined the Place In The Sun team in February 2009, after becoming a full time Florida resident. An avid golfer, Trevor is well versed in properties located in and around golf course communities and can provide clients with current information of all the local amenities. With extensive contacts in the UK and Europe, Trevor has earned the designation of Transnational Referral Certified through the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA) giving him additional avenues to better serve his clients. |
