Our team of dedicated professionals look after all aspects of residential property management.  With over 90 homes, we are obsessive about customer service and passionate regarding both quality and value for your money.  Our offices are located only 15 minutes away from most of our properties providing easy access and enabling our staff to arrive quickly, most especially in response to an emergency.  Whether you use your home on a regular basis or for only a few times a year, we can design a cost effective program to suit your needs.  Although we enjoy the pleasure of living in the tropics, the heat and humidy of this area present special challenges for homeowners which, if left unattended, can all too often become a major and sometimes expensive nuisance.  With over 18 years experience right here in Southwest Florida, we know what needs to be done no matter what the season.  In addition, we provide a monthly statement to you, available on line by the 5th of each month, showing all expenses, maintenance and security inspection findings....we are total accountable to you, the homeowner!

Looking for income to offset some of the costs of maintaning your investment?  We offer vacation, extended stay and long term rental programs with a large network of potential renters both here and overseas. Whether you do your own rentals or let us help, we are the Englewood areas' premier "hotel with houses"!  We offer a complete consierge service and 24/7 emergency response by a live person!

Security Inspections

The State of Florida requires anyone who provides any form of home watching or home security to have a Class D Security License issued by the Florida Department of Consumer Affairs. At Place In The Sun, we have five licensed security officers on staff!  Our 23 Point Security Inspection ensures all is well with your home.  These inspections can be scheduled monthly, weekly or in any combination that you desire.  And the findings of your inspections shows right on your monthly statement.
