Place In The Sun offers alternatives to traditional annual rentals.  With a minimum stay of 6 months, we can offer a variety of plans to accommodate everyone's need.

Flat Rate Accommodation - for one monthly fee, rent a furnished home with all the amenities.  Your rent includes utilities, pool, lawn and garden services.  You just need to organize your cable, phone & Internet.

Rent Plus Utilities - Pay your rent monthly plus we will bill you for the monthly utilities.  Your rent includes pool, lawn and garden services.  You will need to organize your cable, phone & Internet.  Homes may be furnished or unfurnished.
